ELECTRONIC DUES PAYMENT

I authorize Spring Branch AFT, Local 6532, to draft my bank account for the amount equal to my union dues. The monthly dues amount may change if required by local, state or national constitutions. I authorize my bank to adjust my monthly payment when notified by Spring Branch AFT. This authorization remains in effect until terminated in writing by me. These deductions will continue for this school year and future years, including any increase in dues, until terminated by me in writing.

The Spring Branch AFT encourages all of its members to help support our Committee On Political Education (COPE). Spring Branch AFT COPE collects voluntary contributions from members to help support state and local candidates who support public education and public education employees. Spring Branch AFT COPE may engage in joint efforts with the Texas AFT, AFT and AFL-CIO. A voluntary COPE authorization may be revoked at any time by notifying Spring Branch AFT. Making a contribution is not a condition of membership, and members have the right to refuse to contribute without loss of membership status, rights or benefits. Select the amount that you want to contribute to COPE each pay period.
